CIANT (International Centre for Art and New Technologies) is a Prague-based not-for-profit organization oriented towards transdisciplinary exploration of ART@SCIENCE domain in context of new media technologies. International collaboration of artists, scientists and technology experts is essential for our projects based in research, production and presentation activities.

CIANT is a platform for exchange of knowledge and skills. We focus systematically on artistic experimentation in new and emerging technologies with explicit reference to research and development issues, and efficiently cooperate with individuals as well as institutions in various (from cultural to scientific) fields.

• operates A.N.T. Lab (Laboratory for Art and New Technologies) designed for experimental  research in Virtual and Mixed Reality area, including related advanced interface and network technologies
• develops net-based digital W/ARCHIVE for media arts
• conducts theoretical study of relationships between art, science and technology with emphasis on changing patterns of human interaction in technological milieu
• has established within cultural-educational strategy Support programme for artists, theoreticians and other researchers
